World Cup Competition

On Saturday 15th May the Swansgate Shopping Centre held the final of the World Cup Spot the Ball competition. Ten nervous finalists competed in the final for the fantastic prize of two tickets to watch England play in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
The Spot the Ball competition was launched back in February and the Swansgate had hundreds of entries. On Saturday the lucky finalists brought family & friends along to cheer them on in a game of chance.
Phil Lawrence from Irchester won the fantastic prize, which includes flights, accommodation and two tickets to watch England’s match against Algeria.
The prize included two tickets and Phil will be taking his lucky friend Mark Dudley.
The second prize of £100 of holiday vouchers from Phone Express at the Swansgate, were won by Colette Hibbins from Kettering.
