Visitor Information

Swansgate Shopping Centre consists of over 50 retailers based under one roof. There is a free car park with 1000 spaces.

Food and drinks can be purchased in any one of the various cafés and restaurants within the centre. Customer toilets are available in the car park.

Cash machines are located in Wilkinson's store, and opposite the main entrance of Swansgate Shopping Centre.

A public telephone can be found within the centre under the staircase adjacent to BB’s café.

A wheelchair is available for use in the centre; please contact either the centre management or a member of the customer services team.

Disabled shopping trolleys which clip onto wheelchairs are available for use within the centre. Please contact either the centre management or a member of the customer services team.

There are bra banks situated in Specsavers and Louise’s Boutique, all proceeds will be donated to the Crazy Hats Breast Cancer Appeal.
